Seems to work better in Safari than Firefox, for some reason- IIRC Firefox is really picky about fonts due to paranoia or something.
Firefox is coming up with the following:
[17:49:59.982] downloadable font: download failed (font-family: "EmuLogic" style:normal weight:normal stretch:normal src index:0): bad URI or cross-site access not allowed

Then again, it has been a bit picky with linked content from download sites.

Ah yeah, that's the issue I was thinking about- IIRC it only allows fonts from the server that the HTML file is on. (So you'd need to get your font uploaded to board.kafuka.org or something, I guess)

Or you could just have a fallback to sans-serif or something.

I don't mind, and Opera does like the font (so whine at Bugzilla about the paranoia issues Firefox is having). It's not like it's the first time someone's used a custom font in his layout.

No it's not that the font technically works or not. It's that it is not a font that's good for more than a few words. It'd be the same if it were, I dunno, Jokerman.

Last view: 1471 days 		I tweaked the CSS to follow a different guideline on calling the font. Hopefully that fixes it.

Even if the font fails, I have it set to go to monospace. I can't really test if it works or not since the font is installed locally, so my browsers can all find it without any trouble.

E: I have learned that this is strictly a Firefox issue; Firefox is attempting to set standards that no other browser wants to follow. The issue is that no Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * entry exists in the HTTP response header when the font is requested, so Firefox has a shitfit and shuts it down.

Another way to get around the SOP, without relying on Google, would be to encode your font file in base64 and embed it into the CSS via a data: URL.

Of course, it's not pretty, but it works.

I am completely addicted to using PHP to make color changing CSS right now. Hahaha.

....

Kinda a problem though.

I can't get my links to not use default color with it and it's bugging me.

Is it something with how the board handles links or something?

Ooh, I like that layout- it kind of makes me think of a fake computer interface you would see in an anime for some reason.
