I'm jumping on the writing bandwagon as well. My sensei has been on my case for years to keep a training journal, but alas...it has never happened. Writing is also sort of part of my job; I have to write annual performance reports on all the people I supervise. Time management. Doing the things I need to do before the things I want to do. It has been difficult and has contributed to a relationship ending recently. Also my job relies on time management so that'd be good to get better at lest I lose that too. |
