Have you checked to see if StickyKeys is enabled? It's a Windows accessibility "feature" that makes modifier keys into toggle switches. |

Miracles Happen When you believe... Level: 254 Posts: 235/25311 EXP: 264413396 Next: 369929 Since: 07-16-12 From: Albany, NY OS: Windows 98 Last post: 157 days Last view: 157 days |
Yeah, my brand-new computer came with a wireless keyboard/mouse - sometimes keys would stick or repeat Decided to put it away and just use the old wired keyboard/mouse from my old computer (you can probably still buy wired keyboard/mice online?) "Miracles happen, when you believe..."

Wireless keyboards are notorious for keys sticking or not registering, actually. They go into this "sleep mode" if you leave them alone for so much as five seconds. They're not suitable for gaming at all. They're only good for office "productivity". |

Posted by GreyMaria Hahaha. You can't be productive with wireless keyboards. Not by a large margin. I have enough experience to say that wireless keyboards and mice aren't worth the money. Just stick with wired peripherals. |

I have a wireless mouse that is actually really damn excellent. Especially for gaming. |

♥2669 ✿4506 ★27 Wired peripherals in general are getting harder to find... I dunno, I don't see the point of having to worry about charging a battery for something that's going to live on a desk its entire life anyway. (I suppose this could be fixed with an inductive charging mousepad, but it starts to feel silly) |

I've had few problems with my wireless Logitech mouse/keyboard so far. |
