Today I did some moving around in one of my rooms. It's kind of a sitting room and it's not too big. I've got a card table for Euchre night and a couch in it. I cashed my tax return and did a few things I needed to do with my money.
I paid my mom back the money I owed her, set up an eye appointment since the glasses I have are four and a half years old, bought a subscription card for my phone since it's about to expire, picked up the Mass Effect Trilogy and X-Com: Enemy Unknown, and got lunch. Ignoring the money I deposited into my bank account, I have $80 left over! Although, it'll probably be used to pay for my new glasses. |

I had a job interview today. The manager said that I basically already have the job, all she needs is confirmation that my background check will clear. I'm fairly confident that things will go as planned and I'll be starting Monday.
I also went to my eye appointment. I found that my left eye has gotten weaker, which is no surprise. I wound up spending $250 for the whole shebang. Now I'm kinda worried about my dentist appointment... I'm need to get the tooth extracted, but I can't afford it. I think I splurged a bit too much with my tax refund, since I'm down to only $60 left. Shit. |

Went to my dentist appointment this afternoon. It was right in, right out. Got my tooth pulled and everything is hunky dory. He had to give me two sets of shots to numb my jaw, but it wasn't all that bad.
He managed to get the tooth out in one piece, despite the crack it had in it. Fucking amazing! Now there's a crater where the tooth was. I didn't think it took up so much space in my mouth. |

Yard work. All day. Started at 7am, right as the sun came up. First, I got about 1/4 of the yard tilled to about 2 inches deep, then the city showed up with the two full dump trucks of compost. Shoveled and moved load after load and spread it over the tilled area until it was about 3 inches thick. This process will continue for the next few days until the entire yard is complete. Then I'll be adding a bit more top soil, and seeding. Today's effort: completely exahusting. Could pass out right now. ____________________ Sonnanja, ore no inochi wa toreneena! Finally cashed my first paycheck today.
It's amazing. I pretty much spent it all today, too. It was roughly $300. I paid my mom back for paying for my dentist appointment, re-upped my phone service, sent the money I owed the state, put some money in my savings account, got lunch, and bought a few things on PSN (Worms: Armageddon GOTY, Might & Magic: Clash of the Heroes, the M&M: CotH character pack, and renewed my Playstation Plus membership). I have $15 left over. Gotta make it stretch until the 19th. :X |

I got my hands on the fancy-shmancy box set for Etrian Odyssey IV today since I had the $40, and the store only had two copies left.
From what Dan, the store owner, was saying: This edition of the game is becoming a bit of a coveted commodity around here. I may leave it in the cellophane until I'm ready to play it to see if it retains or builds value. This is gonna drive me nuts, because I want to listen to the CD and look at the art book! D: I'm gonna have to hide this from myself for the time being. |

I spent the day in training for the new system we are about to get soon. That was fun..

Today was what we call Spring Fling at our school, basically a free day at a circus or such. I went to the hospital to see my dad at around 12pm and got to see an amazing performance by Vicious, a rock band from a town near me. |
