I was on my You Tube account & I got a notice, that video of the Super Mario Bros. overworld song in C minor that I used in somma my hacks in the past, well Nintendo bitched to You Tube about it & You Tube got on my case about the video.
So, just to be on the safe side & not for my account to get suspended and/or deleted I got ridda the video of the track. I guess my Super Wario Bros. Mod video is okay to have but not the music track. Oh well Big N, I hope you feel satisfied... I hadda vent, it really got to me today... Iirc, they're only putting ads over videos (in which the money goes to them), not taking any down. Has this changed? |

I thought the way it really worked was anyone could hit Flag Video and then their crack team of hacks would find some reason to take it down or block it. |

I think it's because it was due to the DMCA situations where they were saying the copyright infringement is how YouTube system works for a change. Its not about the ads, but its when you were making videos then its rare that Nintendo might notice that it was his game as it was license by him. So, its really unfair to him for the most part. Shit. (¬_¬) |
