You know what's bullshit? Ridiculously long receipts for like 1 or 2 items, like the kind you sometimes get at a supermarket or drug store, etc. (come on, I'm just buying a pack of gum, why do I need a receipt that's taller than Kris Humphries?  )
The other day, I went to CVS and bought a water and a couple packs of gum, and they gave me a receipt that was like 7 feet long (yeah, I measured it  )... anyone else have this happen to them at a drug store/supermarket for one item? Quite a waste of paper..."Miracles happen, when you believe..."

My headset decided to shit the bed on me tonight. I really didn't want to have to replace it so soon, but I suppose that a year is a pretty good lifetime for something like that with as hard as I am on my computer peripherals.
It kinda pisses me off that I had to go through all kinds of red tape just to check out from Walmart's website because Paypal decided to cockblock me today. I seriously can't login from a merchant page. Good thing I was going to use my Bill Me Later for it anyway, since it's an option on the site. Speaking of Bill Me Later, I think more places should accept it so that they can get more customers, like me, who have credit through Paypal because credit companies don't want to give them a card. |

So I just paid for a preorder for Pokemon X and Y, the Wind Waker Wii U, got NSMBU.
I have to wait until tomorrow to pick up my Wii U, and I think the wait's gonna drive me nuts. I really want to see what the new dungeons in Wind Waker are like. |

I'm kind of on a life-high right now. Things are going well, despite work being super heavy this time of year. I feel like I'm on the verge of something awesome happening in my life... Through a lucky happenstance or hard work. Paying my bills, saving money; yeah, things are alright.
I've got a trip to Arizona that I've been planning for a while now; going to drive down there for Christmas time. Going to actually bring presents this time. Didn't last year because my money situation was in the toilet. |

Much to my surprise, 1080p HDMI fit my screen with a slight underscan (nearly negligible) at the "largest" setting; yet even on 720p component, I had to turn the image size down by two notches to get the full picture on screen. I'm actually kinda surprised by discovery tonight. I didn't realize that I really didn't know what I thought I knew about AV technology. All the better, I suppose, because it'll help with my video production**. * Yes, as of typing this, my Tales of Xillia timer is sitting at 97 hours, ten minutes. Only about eleven hours of that has been clocked using HDMI. ** If I ever get back into full-on production. Also on my mind after proofing this: I can't help but notice that I'm the longest-winded user of this entire board. Not sure if I should be proud of that because peeps might just be looking at my posts and say, "Pfft, whatever. tl;dr." :/ |

I have neither of those games... though for once I wish I had GTA V; I've never wanted a GTA game. I suppose I'll wait for GTA IV for the next-gen systems.
I've got the upcoming trip to AZ in December on my mind a whole lot. And the XB1 launch. I can't wait for either; I need this vacation so bad. |

I took inventory on my Xbox 360 games & three Xbox Backwards Compatibility games, the total amount of games I have is 149 in total.
