Today was unexpectedly cold. After constant ~10°C, transitioning to 1°C is fun. Especially when you wear a jacket and canvas shoes.
And it is possible that we get snow tomorrow. If snow has to fall tomorrow, I hope it falls before I wake up. Being stuck at home sucks less than being stuck at university. Not to mention that their heating is going smooth because they have to fix issues with it, like really rusty pipes under the roads. Same. Rainy 42˚F. I was worried about an item I am returning to a friend but I was able to get it to work safely. So far, it has snowed twice in the past five days. Last night we got slammed by a snow storm that resulted in 4-5 cm of white stuff all over the city. It was beautiful when it was coming down, but it definitely wasn't fun walking around in the icy, sloshy, dirty mess the next morning. |
