If I had chosen to use my real name it would have sounded so unnatural and bad I'd have asked an admin to change it to something else before my first post.

In any case, Kak64 is simply a generic name made out of boredom when I needed to name some VMs. It went like Kak+Bits and it still works, but only for that. >_>

Well I think it's a fine name! Truth be told my name was created in study hall. It came from emulation -lation and +z. Keep in mind this was 1996 and having a zed name was 'cool'.

Oh yeah.. Welcome aboard! If you read the backlog I give out cookies usually. Unfortunately all we have today are dirt-laden E.T. 2600 cartridges. I would recommend the water from the water cooler instead.. (unless you want to corrupt the hell out of it ;D)
Thanks for the etymology lesson about your name. It confirms how I was going to pronounce it when I give you a shout out in my SMB2 LP for making the request.

Now all I have to do is let my voice recover from being sick really bad earlier this week.

EDIT: How do I grammar? Me thenks me du et gud.


I do have to be clear for some unknown reason.. the original pronunciation was with a 'zee' not 'zed' sound. "Em-yu-zed" is hilarious though.

Over the years the pronunciation evolved to be more often 'e-muse'. (happened during the I1 days. @Mesia had influence in this.. (Hence my personal domain emuz.us or "emuze us" :P
