I posted this on Facebook on February 26, feedback is always welcomed...
Okay this needs to be said, I really didn't wanna say anything but the hell with it... I graduated High School in 1994 but I didn't get the gold star with my diploma, instead it was an IEP diploma... Meaning I can get a regular job but if I wanted a career I needed a GED. I didn't find out until 2007 when I went to the Chubb Institute that I had an IEP diploma. My life started going to hell in 2006 when I lost my job, I went through a deep depression and even suicidal thoughts I didn't get help until 2008 with my depression and suicidal thoughts... It's not my fault I grew up in a bad environment... So now in 2014 I'm taking a GED course that's twice a week for 15 weeks to prepare me for the GED test... I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I wanna get this GED, once I get this GED I wanna take a course in computers... I'm glad my family has my back if they're weren't there I dunno what woulda become of me, I probably woulda been dead. I'm planning to study hard, math is my weakness though...
