It's full moon outside. As is expected, I cannot sleep, no matter how hard I try.

Really? I don't really notice the moon's phase too much.

Although, there is something satisfying by being in the moonlight.. It's one form of light I can sleep over though.

I have problems sleeping whenever it's too hot outside or in the room I sleep in.

I rather have it a bit colder than usual so I can huddle under the sheets.

I find stress level prior to trying to sleep is related to quality of sleep.
