Google existed then. They were just a search engine and not a massive spying corporation, but they were still around ^_~

My first username was "The Millionaire", which was a school nickname at the time (since I was obsessed with Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? and had a fake million-dollar bill). For Acmlm's I went with "comm128" at first, which stands for Commodore 128 (a computer I had that's actually older than I am), then switched to Banedon because I thought "comm128" was a dumb name.

Thats usually why I switch my name is because I don't like it..and I think it's a silly name.

Yeah. Although I switched away from Banedon mostly because it had a bad reputation, since I was angry and stupid in the old days and had a lot of enemies.

Back in 1995~1996 the big thing was names that ended in 'Z' Being 15 at the time it was all about the usual fitting in stuff. Talking with someone in Study Hall we came up with the name while bored. I unoriginality took Emu +z and surprisingly no one else had used it at that point. That's basically it.

I have a few variants: "Amuji" Basically to be my female alternate during one of the first gender switch events. It's based on a poor katakanfication of 'Emuz'.

The other one I use is 'possiblyemuz'. This one originated when I started to come back after my 'lost weekend' in 2010. Since there is almost no way 'Emuz' isn't already taken I had to come up with something. I use 'possiblyemuz' as a play on the fact I wasn't around for a long time. so "This that possibly emuz?" (Maybe?)

That's about it. We are lacking the avatar thread on the nostalgia train. I know we have a thread to show off current avatars, but not classic ones..

Indeed. She's from I1 era. She was one of my closest friends from the board during that period of time. Somewhere along the line she became my unofficial 'sister'. (I forget how that came to be actually now that think about it.)

My username, "HolyRomanEmperorTatan", dates back to my Fantendo account in late October 2010, Holyromanemperortatan. I originally wanted to use just "Emperor" because it sounded powerful but it also sounded too generic. I knew Holy Roman Emperor was an actual title so I added "HolyRoman" because it sounded cooler. I have no idea why I added "Tatan" but I think it was because some distant cousins of mine once called other family members "tatan" or something like that.

The alternate names in my bio are random things I came up with, as with "SquidGirl" and "SquidEmpress".
