Being harsh and direct has its advantages, but nice and friendly has different advantages. Suppose it depends on the situation.

I generally like being quite direct though.. but I don't like it being harsh.

I wasn't trying to be harsh, though if it was, good for ya. I was making a point.

In any case, Nice and Friendly. Only when I am pissed off will I do things in a direct and harsh approach.
