Mine is Terra from FF6 hugging a Pokemon. It's an old av I used at Jul around 2010 and still use on Twitter. I always thought it was adorable.

For quite some time, including now, my avatar has frequently been Nei from Phantasy Star II- this particular image comes from a Japanese fancomic.

Normally I would point out that Nei isn't a catgirl, but recent conversations are convincing me that she may very well be one.

If we're to go on to the mood avatars too.. I have quite a listing of them.

Including a couple that I've not even used. ^^;;;

Although, all of the faces are from Tales of Symphonia: DotNW, Tales of the Abyss or Tales of Vesperia.
Although, some people might remember the various Centurion cores from ToS: DotNW too.. They're still there..

Used to have omnimon, but now its only used on mood avatars.

Also, for some reason, I noted long ago when I changed avatars, I need to ctrl+f5 for it to show on my end, otherwise I would still see the old one. (Firefox issue? :X)

I'm having the same problem on Chrome, so it's not just Firefox.

I guess Kafuka is one of the only sites in existence that will change an image but keep the same URL.

Yeah, it's down to the caching behaviour of browsers. Most are all like "Yeah, I have this url. It's going to be the same."

That will be sorted after a bit for the main avatar. ;)

Yeah, I find that just hitting F5 usually works :) (tested on both Firefox and Chrome, probably Opera too)

Another problem I have is that you can't seem to set the default avatar to another mood avatar :P (I had to reupload the IPB Angel and upload this as my default ;))

I never did the mood avatar thing. Partially because I can never find enough avatars to do it (I can't draw at all so I have to rely on what avs I can find).
