It was kind of humid in my apartment and I couldn't remember how I used to fall asleep in warm weather... so I ended up staying up reading until 2AM, and then couldn't fall asleep for at least another hour on top of that...

I find it hard to believe my mother died almost 7 years ago :( (sad part is, the accident was not caused by alcohol, drowsiness, or speed... but rather lack of maintenance to the vehicle that hit my mom)

Yes, they do have mandatory safety/emission inspections but there's still those who drive with expired inspections (also, this was a commercial vehicle even)... we had to file a lawsuit with the trucking company

...those are supposed to be finals?

I swear, they just reused the very same exercise from the last exam. It's not even changed in any way! You really have to try to fail at that. I am seriously disappointed at the difficulty.

Yep. They forget, or they skipped the last exam, or whatever.

I once had a final where one exercise was to write a program that had been one of the homeworks, and give it all from memory. By hand. No computer to check for errors or typos. Seriously, who writes code on paper?

That depends on how you pronounce "Kafuka". :P It doesn't look very English so the "u" is definitely pronounced as "oo" rather than "ah". Unless you want to have a site dedicated to the word "fuck", any other site would probably have the pronunciation as "oo". But "Kafuka" does make a good innuendo. ;)

Speaking of which, there's this place in Austria called "Fuck" but it's pronounced as "fook".
