I usually go with either Opera or Firefox (although I might just switch to Opera entirely, as I'm not looking forward to the new Australis version of Firefox :( Also disappointed Opera has become basically just another Google Chrome shell... so I'm going to be stuck with Classic Opera :P)

Not too fond of Chrome myself (I did use it for about a year before going back to Firefox when 4 came out), and I can't recall the last time I used Internet Exploiter Explorer :P

Firefox. Have done so for years.

Feels odd to try using something different these days.

Last time I was motivated to switch browsers I went to Firefox (back when it was Phoenix), and have had no motivation to switch browsers since then.

"Ringing" endorsement, there.

Used to use Firefox. Before that, IE. Before that, Netscape. Before that, probably nothing ^_~

This exactly. Taryn has said everything I needed to say. Except, I never used Netscape.

You should go and get it. Get Netscape 4 and see why IE won the browser war :P

When I was born, IE was the browser that you started with. Basically the browser that was implemented into everything. So I'm not surprised it would've won. I personally hate IE and FireFox both.

When I was born, there was no such thing as a Web browser, because there was no Web.

You could dial into BBSes with a 300 bps modem and communicate by text, though.

I have actually used IE for a majority of my lifetime, but I have been using Safari since July 2012 so I have become used to Safari now.

I don't think I've ever used Safari. Maybe for a few seconds on a student's laptop at work or something.

Safari is silly. The only thing I use that for is iOS because thats the web browser built in. I'm too lazy to get the opera app.

I tried using Safari for a little while when I got this laptop, but eventually the lack of extensions compared to Firefox bothered me...

On iOS Safari is kind of the obvious choice since no one else can use JIT javascript compilation >_>

I'm not too big in extensions and shortcut bars and all that other stuff since, I'm mostly used to generic searching and typing url addresses. So, I'm pretty standard in that sense. >_>

Just gonna drop a Firefox Extension here for those who got the shock-treatment from the 29.0 update.

That one extension is enough to counter almost every change they made. The only issue for me is the lack of white UI icons, but I can live without those.

Seconding this extension, it seems to work quite well.

I got Firefox 29 against my will. I didn't like how it looked so I grabbed Stylish and started customizing it.

I simply downgraded to the ESR version of Mozilla Firefox (mainly intended for businesses/educational institutions/etc.), which available on the Mozilla FTP website :D I'm still going to have the classic theme until 31 ESR comes out, then I'll have to get the extension Gywall linked, heh

A customized Firefox 30 to make it look like Firefox 3.6

That is, really. >_>
