I'm really, really good at that.

Uh, sometimes, anyway.

I am so loving that Diglett everywhere.

Reminds me of the Dugtrio I raised in Pokémon Red..

First gen Dugtrio is honestly among my favorite Pokemon ever for in-game purposes. It's probably a little too predictable for use against human players, never minding its stats (which is a problem you can get around ingame by leveling more). There is ONE 'mon that my standard set couldn't deal with.

I loved how Gen I, I could Fissure a few tanks out the E4 despite only being Lv 43 or so. Was such a beauty.

Gen I is full of bugs, it's no wonder the games actually get to boot up ;) II had a better error handler system (even providing basic messages like the infamous "No more windows available for popping")

For some reason I think I recall reading somewhere (possibly it was just something that seemed to be suggested by some of the content in Let's Horribly Break Pokemon Blue?) that on a cartridge, it is actually possible to abuse enough glitches in Pokemon R/B to permanently screw things up on the cartridge because e.g. parts of the game itself get overwritten with different content?

Yeah, that sounds kinda ridiculous, I know, and I highly doubt that that's actually what happened, but it would be interesting if true.

Actually, that just relates to data in the save data. The moment the save data is lost, the cartridge will resume normal functionality.

One time I corrupted save data in New Super Mario Bros. by messing around with cheat codes on Action Replay DS. But then I restarted by DS and changed the codes back and everything was back to normal.

I have heard also of at least one game that it is possible to more or less completely brick, that being MegaMan Battle Network 4. The only way to undo it is to, as far as I know, delete the saved data by an external means.

I once had a Zelda 1 cart with corrupted save data. You could shoot arrows without having the bow.

I've lost files on DS games on a couple occasions, including a used copy of Mario Kart DS, my Dragon Quest VI getting corrupted, and Final Fantasy III (my ex-girlfriend hit power too soon and corrupted my file) :S

Hate having to deal with corrupt save files (of course, old Pokémon games don't count :P)

I've only had corrupted save files while using the Action Replay DS. I haven't had any "official" save data corruption, luckily.

My DS Lite is starting to have problems (well, it is nearly 9 years old after all), oddly enough the L and R still work perfectly, but cartridges sometimes have a hard time reading and the ABXY don't respond as well as they used to :P Mainly use the DS Lite as a GBA nowadays

There are some days when we spree, or at least @"Reizenni" and I. :P

Then we reach high syndromes, but that's pretty much it.
