I cried myself to sleep last night. Why? I'm pretty sure it was because I had suprressed crying for too long. In this society, males are told to "toughen up" and suprress their tears.

A large soup with vegetables and noodles for one meal would be filling. A small soup really isn't that filling unless you also eat other things.
