Well, I think Anglo-Saxon had male, female, and neuter cases articles. But the good thing is that we don't have to worry about screwing up genders.

All of the weird spellings in English annoy me. I think "enough" should become "enuff" and "through" should become "thru". Then there is "plough" and "plow", "bough" and "bow", and the two different pronunciations of "bow".

Probably. I mean, you need to move your finger for an additional keystroke. Try saying txt and text. They end up the same anyway.
