Forgot to update my Alpha Sapphire progress before I went to sleep last night.
I'm sitting in Lavaridge Town, just before the gym with the following for my team: Boggy (Swampert, 36) Sly (Linoone, 33) Sybil (Swellow, 35) Krillin (Machamp, 33) Cthulhu (Tentacruel, 33) RupeeGremlin (Sableye, 35) I made Phy repay me for the Dawn Stone and Froakie by evolving my Machoke. |

Since I finally have things set up nice and proper on the desktop, I figured I would stress test a few things.
I tested how Desmume handles Pokemon Platinum, Black, and Black 2 to see if I could feasibly stream them for my randlockes. After some tinkering to deal with some intermittent lag in B/2 I got them playing at a smooth 60fps. I then decided to try running Risk of Rain since it ran like shit on the laptop. I didn't play long enough to get a lot of shit exploding at once on screen, but I was able to pull a steady 60 just dicking around level 1. All in all, I'm very satisfied. |

Eh, Spoiled Rotten isn't that hard even with the short timer on Super Hard. Just buy the most expensive minigame shop item. 
As for me, I picked up Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and SSB4 (Wii U) today. AS is still boxed. Started a bit of SSB4 to unlock characters, but got a lot to go. The world could always use more heroes! |
