Here's a dead hack of mine that I'm throwing everywhere - NSMB+. It's a hack of NSMBDS that has all the levels in worlds one, two, and three. I started it in May but stopped working on it around August/September. Though it's inactive, there still is patch downloads available in the forum thread on the NSMB Hacking Domain. Here is some screenshots of the hack:
