Been playing Valdis Story: Abyssal City.

Progress
Stats
Skills

I decided I would pick this up since I enjoyed watching raocow's LP of it where he ragequit from building his character improperly. He was trying to play a Jack-of-all-trades build, but the game doesn't give you enough points to be anything other than a specialized build. That's why I have an unused skill point. I don't know where to put it since I can't access my last three warrior skills.

I kinda wish I could figure out where I have to go... I need to collect the parts of the Diving Key for Sezzi. I also need to find my way to the area that houses the lightning magic to fix the mana heater in Ishk. I'm not saying the game is directionless, I'm just saying I'm kinda shit at bumbling around.

So I started on Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. My team stands as Ralts, Grovyle, Poochyena, Lombre and Zigzagoon. Most of the team has moves acquired through Dex Nav. Was quite fun to watch Lombre's Teeter Dance ruin teams.

I'm playing Shadowrun for the Xbox 360, I wish it was like the Sega Genesis version... I'm surprised that people still play that game. I had it in my library since 2009, I might as well unlock some achievements... ^_^

I got a hard to get achievement in Europa Universalis 4 last night! Make a colonial country, then play as it, then take over your old master. It's tricky, but I managed to do it with Australia. Literally .22% of all players who play EU4 have that achievement. It's my rarest achievement, now :D

As a vow to finish my video game backlog finally for a 2015 new year resolution, I started early with Rhapsody, an RPG for the Nintendo DS by NIS and Atlus :) So far, it seems to be pretty cute :-3

Picked up Paper Mario TTYD recently. The availability of connecting GC controllers to my PC came through my purchase of Sm4sh and the included GC USB adapter. So I thought I had a good enough reason to pick this game up again. Probably going to play more GC games after that.

Wait... Drivers exist for the adapter already? Fuck. That was fast.

Here's the link for those that have one. It works rather well! And yeah, that was pretty damn fast. Doesn't support rumble yet though, but whatever. :P

Continuing my playing of Alpha Sapphire. I got to the point that I could go to capture Kyogre. Damn that fight was evil. Took a few attempts to actually nail the bugger into a ball. (Didn't want to use the Master Ball on it. I tend to save that for if I encounter something Shiny or the likes)

By the time I came out of the fight, I had Linoone, Sceptile, Sableye, Xatu and Gardevoir all KO'd. Tentacruel was the last one standing with 19 HP and suffering Paralysis from those Body Slams. Only Tentacruel stood up to those horrifyingly powerful Origin Pulses.

Now to start grinding up a bit to get my levels up a bit. They've dropped a bit low.

How do you even play that reliably on PC?

I got an AtGames Sega handheld recently, so I played a game of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 on it as a test ;) This unit has an SD card slot so I can use it for Sonic hacks, more ROMs, etc. too ^_^

It's rather easy when you have a good PC. I haven't had any issues with it so far, aside from extremely minor graphical glitches. Runs nearly perfect.

I played Secret Ponchos, a new multiplayer shooter that is free right now on ps4 if you have ps+. It's actually a pretty good game for something so early access. (Yes I just used the term "early access" as an adjective. What's it to ya?)

I've been playing a bunch of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (I think I've beaten Mom's HEart eight times now? Maybe nine.) and am working on a Nuzlocke of OmegaRuby.

I've been playing The Binding of Isaac since the original came out and I still haven't beaten Mom's heart. How? Why? What?

I picked up my Kingdom Hearts II Collector's Edition that has been at the post office for a week since SqaureEnix's storefront didn't send me the delivery notification they said they would.

I started on Critical Mode, and I think that may have been a mistake. I'm two hours in, still stuck as Roxas because I can't beat the Assassins in the Twilight Town mansion. There's a room that spawns three of them. I can beat one of them before I get ganked and killed in a stunlocking combo.

I may need to reroll on Proud Mode because jumping straight into Murderface difficulty was not very smart.
