I know it's hard sometimes, but just remember that when you are feeling down you need to know that it really isn't as bad as you are feeling at the time you are feeling it. While it may seem in the moment that no one cares, you need to remember that is not true. Unless you've asked everyone in the world that question you can't be 100%.

While the statement may be a bit more math-heavy than one would like, it's something I found that helps. Someone is always out there that cares.

I sometimes get allergies. It's only when it's really bad that it does anything. (Yay over the counter)

On the bipolar issues, borderline or not.. as bad as it can be.. A precise and minor amount of medication may all be you need if it's required. Lithium is just a compound and it has much less side effects to those lab made drugs.

I am shy, but I am also not. If it's to complete a specific goal I can be down right bold. However, outside that I am what I've coined 'deep shy'. While I do avoid conversations with strangers, I can do the small talk thing. However I almost never get any deeper than that. One of the reasons I don't get into relationships or friendships that often. The equation is different with friends however. With my co workers I only go as far as being able to joke with them.

Come to think of it. I don't know if I am truly open with anyone.
