Beans, on toast or otherwise, are pretty much a staple of a full English breakfast. Which means I have to ask for them to be removed along with mushrooms and tomatoes every time I order one. Also, it doesn't help that the rest of my family love them and have them with almost every meal. ____________________ |

Yeah, I'd recommend keeping a mood diary because it would help keep track of your manic and depressive phases 
Often times at work, I hate to deal with those spider wraps they use on stuff like cameras, LCD monitors, printers, etc. (those things are annoying, but we have to use them in case we don't have a big enough locking box) "Miracles happen, when you believe..."
