I've heard that socialist healthcare benefits everybody. Then again, I've heard that it is it ageist as it puts people who above the age of 50 on waiting lists so that the young people receive any medical services first. I've heard that it works in Germany and Spain, but not in Canada, Israel, and United Kingdom.

Always take healthcare related to the uk with a pinch of salt. Remember the primary healthcare here is the NHS, rather than private care funded via insurance or out of own pocket.
Private care is actually very good here, just not many people can make use of it. The world could always use more heroes! |

One time my grandfather (who passed away in 2001) fell on a trip to Israel in the late 90's and they were gonna let him die so my relatives brought him back to the United States.
