I had a ridiculously large amount of panic attacks about three or so years ago. Anxiety is no joke... It just randomly ended though. I haven't had one since 2012, pretty much.
I just remember it being the absolute worst feeling in the world. More so than any sickness or sadness or anything. The lack of control was my biggest fear. |

Oh yeah, the eclipse. I kinda missed it, though I did notice when it suddenly got dark outside. It was kinda freaky.
