Well, when I did see them, they were activated as the train was approaching so I thought they were like wind chimes.

I was going to point out that the 2.5.3pre update put "no adult content" in Kafuka's FAQ but  Emuz already setup Kafuka's mostly custom FAQ. My test board uses the default FAQ. Plus, it's on a free host and free hosts don't allow NSFW content. Although, maybe I'll setup a test board on localhost one day and spam NSFW content all over it.
