Nope. The "closest" to this was a Windows XP SP1 machine on a Pentium 4 with 128MB of RAM.

It ran faster than the other machines though since I more or less prevented Windows rot.
For the longest time, this was the "MAME Machine", since I had no way to move it to anywhere else (I could only play Arcade games there).

There's absolutely no reason.

I don't know if it's just me, but I kinda don't like how things work in Win 3.0. Win 3.1 made little changes (no save settings dialogs, common dialogs, general stability, more keyboard shortcuts) that made the experience more tolerable.

I've only seen those in some early 00s programs. The recent ones I use don't have these kinds of dialog boxes.
