Since we have some interest in a tourney I figure let's actually see if we have enough people to get one started.

Serious: 5 stock 5 minute random omega. (and since I messed up and must have unchecked item select.. with still have times. So still chaotic. heh)

Note: both will run but I am going to focus on the serious one.

I am going to say we'll at least need 8 people, but I think we should try to get more. This will be open to others outside of the board, however any prizes offered will be pointless to them.

We'll have badges for 1st-3rd place. Bragging rights are free with most wins as well.

Please comment below or msg me if you are 100% for sure if you have not already. I will likely not be there on time, but you'll be able to play without me until I get home. Feel free to invite friends!

I suck too but I just don't care. It's to have fun. Hell I don't need another badge on this board and winning isn't everything.

I just got the new maps updated on my console. Yes it will be Wii U version. Let's see if we can get to 8 people. If we can't we can still do it, of course. I am busy this weekend so maybe we'll try for next?

I need practice time lol. I Splatoon more than anything with what little game time I have.

Trelior I think I will take you up on that when we do it. I don't have the stuff to do any Let's plays. (I was thinking about it if I get good enough at Splatoon, but I am not even close).

So I guess we need one or two more. Maybe next week I put a tweet out. I have no idea if that will help much. Also please pass this post along to anyone who plays. More we have the more dynamic the battles will be.

This weekend is out for me. I have Splatfest x2 on Saturday, and Sunday I have a meeting + other IRL things to do.

I'm up for setting a date. My Saturday is taken with Splatoon stuff. So we could try for Sunday. Next Saturday I have events until the evening. So we have two weeks to choose a time? I have to do weekends or weekday evenings (US ET).

So let's see if we can nail it down.

Also We can use that Discord server if we need to fine tune coordination. The chat acts like a mix of forum and IRC. So you can come in later and respond, while still having instant interactions with the people that are on.

Well it wasn't heh. Splatfest is this weekend and I'll be spending a few hours with that. How about Sat. Nov. 7th as a tentative? 6pm EST
