So.. the Splatoon squad I have been hanging out with has something I thought I would share with the rest of Kafuka. Dubs (@dubsplus on twitter) a youtube gaming streamer and also a member of the same squad, has been holding weekly Super Mario Maker challenges. They consist of randomly generated theme challenges that have to be completed in one hour. Details:

• Meet up on Dub's Discord: https://discord.gg/0U7H6ZGIrRpRVlG7 at 6PM US ET


• The theme will be randomly generated


• Actual building will start at 6:30pm and will go until 7:30pm


• After the hour is up you will upload your level.


• When all the levels are uploaded levels codes will posted in the Discord chat. We will than place each one in order together.

Voice chat is not required, but I would recommend it since we can all give our reactions together. Skill level of the makers varies so don't worry if you feel not as skilled. If you are skilled don't be afraid to think of this as a challenge.. an hour is a short time for elaborate levels!

Since we got a good mix of ROM hackers and Platformer aficionados I wanted to share the challenge with you guys. I hope you'll stop by. It runs most Sundays so if you can't make one there is always next time.

I would like to see if we can get some Kafuka peeps to show up on the same night and have some fun with this. I know it's hard to do anymore (heck I missed the last one myself). (Looking at you KP).
