I can imagine that list would get very tiring to dig through if we had a few more users. Why not add "add to post radar" links to profile views? It'd make it simpler. ![]() |

More generally, I think the Post Radar form could use a less weird design, like listing all the users alongside delete buttons or something... the old AB1 way feels kinda weird.
Also, I think the 'add user' field should be a text field where you enter an username, rather than a dropdown. The dropdown is gonna be hard to use when we have like 1000 users, as GM said, but it'll also make the HTML output quite large. ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |

While we're talking about Post Radar, how about what displays when you're on your own post radar?
"tied with [own username] (444 posts)" seems weird, but I can't exactly figure out how to reword it to seem natural and still fit in. |

Posted by GreyMariaAs I recall, older versions of the software stated you were tied.
But the link suggestion. That's quite a nice idea. The world could always use more heroes! |

Posted by Gywall Yes, but think about it for a moment - why would you say you're tied with yourself? ![]() |

♥330 ✿5057 ★58 That kind of ruins the symmetry of it, though. (Not sure how to describe it... but centering two independent clauses like that seems odd- I also find it odd if I'm at the beginning or end of my post radar) |

Another issue with the post radar, on the grammar front...
"Add an user?" Please fix this... The article used should be 'a,' not 'an.' |

♥658 ✿5057 ★58 Posted by Trelior Perhaps you should just try pronouncing it "oozer". |

I should've checked this post before since I was the one who implemented it. Anyways:
Posted by GreyMariaThat's a good idea. I'll implement it. Posted by Mega-Mario I kept it that way because there will be a complete rewrite of the software, so I was just adding missing features from 1.xx, exactly as they were. Posted by Mega-Mario Again, I just copied the output from the 1.xx versions. Typing a user name would be interesting though (with AJAX of course). Posted by Trelior I just copied the output from 1.xx, and since english isn't my first language, I figured it was correct. Meanwhile, you can easily find a user by clicking on the dropdown and typing his name. Usually dropdown controls will try to locate the string you're typing. |

Note that a text input could support entering multiple usernames, separated with a colon or something. A select input can support multiple selections too, but with 1000 users it's gonna get tricky. And of course no way this can work with the current dropdown style it's using. ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |
