Nope.

I haven't ever used the reset method or collecting 50 rings all over again in Sonic 2, while I have no idea for Sonic 3. I don't think it's even possible in that game.

1) I know but it doesn't really matter at the end. >_>

and

2) I assume you're referring to the Windows 2000 KernelEx thing, which I haven't tested yet but I've heard it's good.
