I went into too low of a gear while going downhill and then I was slightly over 5000 rpm. :<

Oh, so it stalled.
5000rpm+ is close to many cars' engine limits. It won't wreck the engine as such, but it isn't healthy for it to do all the time.

I kinda like it, though it's hard to get used to at first.

The big issue for now is stopping gracefully, especially before roundabouts.

Don't hesitate to push the brake hard, but not too hard either. Dunno. It's one of those things that end up coming naturally.

Glad you like it, anyway. I... don't enjoy it. Too much stress on my brain, always have to watch out everywhere. Especially after a boring/tiring day, I'd rather sit in a bus and relax :P

I also fear idiots screwing me up without me being able to do anything. But admittedly that can also happen when you're not driving.
