A friend from college claimed to have done this before, though my friends and I are way more into character and world building than the languages themselves.
All the credit to someone who can take the time to develop one. It looks like it takes a lot of thought and effort to do well. |

Just to think, when I first started mine in like 1999/2000 it was merely a respelling of the English language... but it evolved into something with Slavic and Turkic influence (it even got a Cyrillic version  )"Miracles happen, when you believe..."
