Tuesday at work...

Two employees in the back kitchen were fighting over the music. Lenny was tired of the same type of music. He thought it sounded like Voodoo music. Carl didn't get mad because Lenny unplugged the speaker but because Carl pushed Lenny. Then Lenny goes nuts, tried to throw hot liquid on Carl and started to call people on the phone to come over to beat up Carl. The fight was broken up before anyone got hurt.

The casino police+ were called and in the end, both employees were fired. Over music.

Bonus is less than three weeks away and these two people had to act dumb. Never mind their extra pay check but now we're short staffed even more now.

That's... dumb.

Did Carl have any bad intentions though? Pushing someone is typically perceived as aggressive.

Lenny needs to control his feelings though... damn. He sounds like one of those egotistical brats.

Every once in a while someone will come to me with a stupid question regarding WiFi or ask me to recover files off an obviously damaged flash drive :/

Sometimes I will get people asking me for homework help but that's not my department either :P (I will help with some stuff though but I'm technically not supposed to)

They were not fired over music itself. They were fired because they caused a scene/were fighting. :P

The music was the catalyst.

I do have fun shenanigans that I can share (and you guys can share as well!).

Two weeks ago during my graveyard shift, we played PPAP (youtube it) for 15 minutes straight. There's only three of us there during graveyard (plus the cleaning crew).

I had heard that Lenny has anger issues. But he was the one holding back the most. I mean, after he pushed Carl. Lenny messaged me last night. He knows what he did was dumb. Of course the story is known around different areas of the casino now.
