The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is up there with the best for me. I really need to rewatch the series. For the first two episodes you think its just a quirky slice of life but then it gets DEEP. |

I first finished it like a month ago, so I'm actually newly obsessed. IT'S SO GOOD AAAAH Other anime I love: Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt (<333), Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Azumanga Daioh, Nichijou, FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, Toradora!... I've been watching Wandering Son and I can't call it a fav yet but it seems realllly good so far. I'm super super excited to watch more Trigger stuff, especially And if we're counting movies, I adore The Castle of Cagliostro, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, SPIRITED AWAY!!!! (fav movie of all time not even kidding), and Kiki's Delivery Service. <333 Really, I just love Ghibli in general... The Girl Who Leapt Through Time is also really good. |
