What's on my mind? How GM is going to respond to this question: Why do you think your parents are acting in such extremes?

One thing I'd like to know is how map sprites work. Reuben doesn't save data for them correctly, which is why I'm having trouble with my hack and getting past world 1. Any world map longer than 1 screen seems to be a problem for Reuben.

I'd also like to know how the game reads the level header as it loads a level and if any of it resides in RAM while the level is being played. I've got a few ASM uses for the "unused" bytes in the new level header itself.

No, because that would defeat my devious plan to woo the higher-ups and join their ranks, and then achieve absolute power.

Yes, the board higher-ups apparently have absolute power... don't ask me where they got it.
By revealing your plan, you have absolved yourself of any and all hope and chance of attaining your goal.

Love,
Omnipotence

P.S. Do you think you could change our minds if there would suddenly be an influx of users that suddenly came due to the rest of us handful of users spreading the word? Note that we don't even have triple digit numbers yet... :P

I think we need many less ponies around here. I'm for this idea of yours. I think I'm going to change mine as well. Cave Story is nice and all, but I'm in a creative mood.

Question is, what theme should I use for said layout, Gywall?

This is for anything related to sleep. What side do you sleep on? What do you do before bed? Pajamas? Do you dream? Discuss it here!

As for me, I like to sleep with very little on. :P I feel that it makes me itch when I wear clothing to bed. That being said, I like to shower before getting into bed or else all the dirt from the day's tasks end up in my bed and that's just gross.

I usually get an average of 9 hours. I have lucid dreams sometimes, but normal dreams are common for me. I'm a very light sleeper and I have 6 other roommates, so that can suck at times. The smallest noises wake me up. But it's very quiet most of the time, and my roommates respect others' space and noise levels.

Roommates? Urgh, I could never sleep with someone in my room. I need to be alone, otherwise I will never get my eyes closed...
I guess I meant housemates. I have my own room. :P

I can't sleep naked. Tried it, just don't actually get to sleep. :|

...Why the heck did you try it? o_O
Because it was freaking hot in the middle of summer?

Like.. Something greater than 36 degrees Celsius? I don't know the exact temperature, 'cause the thermometer didn't go any higher. :|
Did you think maybe it was the heat preventing you from sleeping? Try again at a cooler temperature. For me, there's literally no comparison.

Also, I'm not sure if it should go here or in the fetish thread... but I sometimes sleep naked. :<
I usually sleep naked. By "very little" I meant "nothing" but my watch. And sometimes I take that off. I just get itchy!

By the way, dare I ask... why would you say it goes in the fetish thread? I mean, I don't have any sexual reasons for doing so, it just helps me sleep better. *Ahem*... Most of the time.

Lately I've been putting the air conditioning full blast while I sleep, and it seems to help... so maybe I would be alright on Antarctica. :P (of course, the air conditioning isn't really that effective at cooling :P)
I need to have the temperature be no higher than 80, or else no sleep. I can just pile on as many blankets as I need the colder it gets, but there's not much I can do with my bed/room setup to cool off.
Posted by GreyMaria
While I -can- see the appeal of sleeping naked, I'd much rather not have to clean the bed if something goes horribly wrong somehow.
It's okay to shit the bed sometimes, GM. It happens.

New layout for me! Decided I wanted a new one since some others got one; now to find a good mood avatar to match.

Actually, I think it's pretty awesome! But I just love Tony so that's mostly it. Your old layout was awesome but this one's pretty amazing too, nice work :D But why did you base it off of MY layout?
I needed something simple. Structuring a layout's code has always been a problem of mine; I've always lifted someone else's and modified it. It's because by looking at the code, and then the actual layout, I can see what the code does. Much easier for me to make sense of it.

How social are you IRL?

What do you think about the idea to change your layout to something like what you had back in the days of TEK?

I can't fall asleep anywhere but my bed. There are few exceptions. When I can't sleep in my bed, I try and sleep on the carpet. Sometimes it works; I either fall asleep and sleep there all night or I get up when I notice I'm dozing off and crawl into bed and fall asleep there.

I have like 7 pillows on my bed, two of which I will use during the night, All my pillows are of different softnesses to allow for a choice when I feel a certain way.

Big Macs suck, because CHEESE is where it's at. Plus, those sandwiches just taste like shit in general. For the rest, I keep a variety of cheeses in the fridge at work and put them on my burger when I feel like it. Today it was just a plain "American Cheese" day.

I also had a massive peanut butter cup today.

And jellybeans.

I should also probably eat those multi-colored eggs I have in the fridge.

You should build yourself a bed frame that raises your bed to a height that allows you to put a desk or other furniture underneath. By doing this, you've essentially removed your bed footprint, which is often the largest piece of the bedroom.

Stone walls don't really have anything to do with bed frames... unless you plan to anchor it because you did a shitty job building it. :P

But that climbing business is a very valid point. Some people are big, or just don't like it, or afraid of heights, or some other shit. They're hard to fuck on. :P
