The annual NSF competition entries have been released!

Check it out!

Play them with your favorite music player (with relevant NSF plugin) or play them in an emulator.

Discuss your favorites! I'm still going through them, so I'll just wait a bit. :)

Hmm... "Entry no.37 : Fight Against Kajidoh, Who Likes Transforming" in the Covers section is amazing. I could listen to it all day!

I actually was going to say something about the distance of the earth from the sun, but in /miles/ since I don't know the kilometer distance like I should. I hate this archaic measurement system the US insists on using for some reason.

So how much of the embarassingly small userbase (71) actually posts here? If we had more people who posted like we do we would be golden. People, SPREAD THE WORD!

This thread is the topic of users' desire to remain atop the KCS hill. >_>

Also, just pointing out:

Golden Crisp is a nice cereal.

But it always makes your piss smell like Golden Crisp.
This.

It is a nasty cycle, because I am not one to get disgusted that my food-scented piss gets me hungry. This means when I piss a Golden Puffs smell, I will go and get myself a bowl of Golden Puffs.

What's on my mind?

I just took my truck through emissions testing. They failed it, but also brought up another nifty little gem: I need to rebuild my entire front end. The said my wheel is about to fall off. FALL THE FUCK OFF. To demonstrate, they jacked the front end up, and pushed on it. It had several inches of movement!

I ended up taking it to my mechanic who then told me that they could do the stuff that the inspector found was wrong with it. My mechanic is skeptical of these other people since they told me that I didn't pass emissions, but tested me anyway despite my exhaust leak. The gasket is blown, which means that the emissions numbers they're getting from the tail pipe are thrown off. They shouldn't have even tested it.

I'm going to take it in tomorrow to get an estimate on costs.

That's what's on my mind. Shit.

Finding a place can be easy if you know where to look. Apartments are not going to be cheap; you have to qualify to live there, which means you need to have had a stable minimum income to sign a lease. You're more likely to get a place if you rent a room at a bachelor pad or something. Less paperwork, less money. For the most part, anyway. That's what I'm doing. Somehow I got into a 9 bedroom house with 6 other guys, all of whom I get along with. I have no lease, just a verbal rent agreement; $349 and $3 for internet. Rest of utilities are included.

Trust me, it's worth a look.

I've been playing a shitload of Halo Reach and a bit of Bastion. Kinda hard to justify all this game playing though with all of the IRL shit I have to deal with, but I find some time for it.

On Halo Reach, I play with my little brother. I like to play Team Slayer and build forge maps. My hope is to build one that gets featured on Achievement Hunter's "Achievement HORSE" series that plays every Wednesday.

Still more smoothies. They're frickin' great, man. Grapefruits, pomegranate juice, frozen berries, and other awesome fruits. I really don't give a shit about the healthy aspects of smoothies, I just love how they taste. And they DO taste good if you prepare them right. And then for dinner tonight I will have a giant beef roast dinner. $18 worth of meat, and then I add carrots, onions, and potatoes. This is gonna be grand! Leftovers for a good while!

Not a fan, but at least it increases the total amount of Sprites we have.

Pale skin lurking in the shadow. Existing within absence. The unseen, the unheard, the ignored. Obscured actions, overlooked deeds.

Holy fuck, I'm Luigi.

We're missing either a Large Toad or a Character Select Toad for NES SMB2USA. As in, this sprite doesn't exist in the listing at all.
You're crazy. I clearly see it in my database of every possible sprite. Even the SMAS one.

I have a Character Select Toad, so yeah. >_>
Yep, GM's crazy.
