This is without a doubt the most badass world map theme I've ever heard. ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

Posted by DarkWitchClaire Tough choice. If I may nominate several, I'd say Akira's a pretty big one as boring of an answer as that is. Some of the best animation I've ever seen in any movie period. Story-wise though it leaves out a lot of the manga. I guess Ghost in the Shell also goes hand-in-hand with that one. The YuYu Hakusho Poltergeist Report movie is another one of my favorites. Story-wise it's not anything too special, I wouldn't recommend watching if you haven't seen the series, but man that movie is just pure eye candy visually. Easily one of the best-animated anime things in general from the 90's. Same thing with the DBZ movies, alright movies on their own but the animation team really bring their A-game for all of them. Also, End of Evangelion is another great one. Gave a good ending to the series, visually amazing, honestly watching that movie alone is a good enough reason to watch Eva. I really couldn't narrow down a single favorite. ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

Posted by DarkWitchClaire I have some ocs, but most of them I've generally kept to myself and I haven't really modeled them in any video games as of yet. I'll be doing more with them soon-ish though with the game I'm creating. ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

You ever play a game in which the core game was not enjoyable but everything else about it (sprites/animation, music, characters, etc.) was so appealing that it makes you angry? ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

You know, as many horrible things as Hitler did, I think pre-holocaust Hitler would've been an interesting guy to talk to. He wasn't born "that guy that killed 6 million jews", he became that way over time. It's interesting to think how the events of one's life can lead to that. We shouldn't forgive what he did by any means, but there's no harm in studying him as a human being rather than just thinking of him as just the big bad mustache-twirling villain or something. ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Posted by DarkWitchClaire Probably any bad Guilty Gear game, like Guilty Gear Overture, Guilty Gear Isuka or the original Guilty Gear. (Well, that last one isn't really that bad per say, but was pretty experimental and wasn't nearly at the level of what would come later with the X/XX/Xrd series) Also this is an obvious one but pretty much any bad Sonic game except Sonic Boom. Also, I'd just like to hilight one game in particular that had not only a good soundtrack, but a good a lot of things, and that's Persona Q. I really don't care for it as a video game, but it has such a cute and appealing art style, an incredible OST, and was just really slick and stylish overall. Not really a bad game necessarily, but one that I just wish was a lot better. Seriously though, just look at this animated opening. So stylish, great music, wonderful art. Why did the game have to be nothing special? ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

Posted by NicolynPosted by AtomicAstro Well, even beyond just "evil" people, you could argue that many historical figures are antagonists in their own right. The origins of the word have been translated loosely as "one who opposes another" and "one who initiates change". There are many people who fit the bill for this that you can sort of make a case for being good and/or bad at the same time. Like, if you take a lot of the early leaders of the industrial revolution in America, such as Andrew Carnegie, JD Rockefeller, Thomas Edison, and other such people there's the argument of whether or not they are "captains of industry" or "robber barons", and the answer generally lies somewhere in the middle but people will generally prefer to simplify it to one or the other. History in general is grossly oversimplified a lot of the time, with the American Civil War being one example. Many people genuinely seem to believe that it was the morally righteous North versus the big bad racist South when in reality most Northerners were actually about equally as racist and mostly opposed to slavery for economic reasons, and most Southerners were dirt poor and weren't huge plantation owners. In general, it's important to treat history and by extension people as a whole as if they're just that, people. There's really too much moral grey in the world to simplify everyone down to just "the good guy" or "the bad guy". ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Posted by Robbie Rage I really can't answer this with a single answer, but my sort of top 4 in no particular order are Persona 3, SMT Nocturne, Guilty Gear XX and Touhou Mountain of Faith (though many other Touhou games are definitely up there, but that's the one with the most really good tracks for me). For some older games, I'd probably say just about any Megaman game, the Touhou PC98 games, and Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars for its nostalgic value to me. For some newer stuff, the newer Killer Instinct/DOOM games or just anything with Mick Gordon, Tekken 7, and also Guilty Gear Xrd with its cheesy but amazing Engrish metal. Some other honorable mentions are Street Fighter 3rd Strike (or pretty much any Cacpcom game from the 90's, really) and Jet Set Radio or just anything by Hideki Naganuma. I like my VGM. ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

Posted by Danika Well maybe not "evil", per say, but they can definitely be harmful if they're not prescribed correctly and I've heard a lot of bad experiences from people who've used them. ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

I've always heard from cat owners that your cat can eventually start to develop certain personality traits of its owner, how true is that in your experience? ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |

Granted, but all the ones that were good to begin with now suck.
I wish I could make a half-decent post layout. ____________________ Giant Paratroopa Affected by 'Wooster Syndrome' ++++!! Handsome Gentleman 7/23/18 |
