I honestly have no clue where I am. Is this an incarnation of Board 2 or is it something totally different?. Oh I know now, nevermind.

Anyways, hello all!

I am ParaLax, an 18 year old American male who likes to control his own destiny, yet still manages to relax and allow himself to go-with-the-flow.

I am active on quite a few acmlm forums, several of which have disappeared over the past two years.

Earlier today, I experienced a thunder storm with minimal amounts of rain.

However, the rest of the day has been sunny with a few clouds. For some odd reason there was no rain in April, but now it has rained twice in the five days of May.

I am pondering my strange thought-processes. I do have a lot of work that I don't want to do, but I am bored of procrastinating :P

It's really quite strange o_O

Some of my favorite sandwiches are from the subway that is close to my house. However, some subways serve really bad food, while a few others serve really good food. At least, that's how I have found it.

Today for breakfast I ate an omelette with vegetables. It was delicious and healthy. It makes me feel better about all the junk food that I'll eat later. :P

Today's weather was clear skies and sunny weather. I wish I could go out later, but frankly, I'm booked with a ton of review material that I need to cover.

I might go outside and study--That actually sounds like a good idea.

As for Subway food, I usually only get the chicken teriyaki, but I occasionally get the chicken bacon ranch.

As for my veggie toppings, I always get lettuce, tomato, and onion. Usually I have to request extra onion because those cheap fuckers don't put much on at all.

Dude, that's what I normally get. I tend to stack up the sauces and have Honey Mustard and Sweet Onion on my Teriyaki (Best Combo IMO).

I also have a fast metabolism. Anything less than a foot long and I'll be hungry again relatively quickly.

Hey Trelior, nice to see you again! Everything has been going relatively smoothly. Life had a few vicious thrusts at me, but in the end things turned out alright. How about you?

Ijah, I believe so. I recognized your username fairly quickly. Good to see you again!

Thanks to anyone else who welcomed as well.

I would be willing to bet that I have 5-6 "true friends". However, I am only somewhat sociable in real life. I've only been to a few parties and opted out of them myself, because I honestly didn't enjoy the experience. On the other hand, I am--almost--always friendly and willing to converse.

What I post on facebook is somewhat personal. I'd rather just have that information entrusted to what the system was meant for--friends, rather than dozens of people that I don't know and don't care about. That being said, I believe my friends list consists of only 70-80 people. Even so, 20-30 of those are just people that I have known at one point or another.

@Nicole: Haha, thanks ^_^ Heya Nicole!

@Trelior: Aw, thanks. I've enjoyed meeting everyone and checking out the forums, so I hope that I can stick around here myself. :)

I once spent a whole month playing GTA, I was so addicted. That was four or five winters ago. I have not played it in any meaningful amount since. Of course, it's a really nice game--I honestly have no clue why I don't feel like playing it on most days.

What your favorite desert?

Also, what's your favorite carbonated beverage?

Apparently the KCS waits for no man... Sick, work obligated, both, or otherwise...
It's just like a runaway train. Speeding on ahead regardless!

All you must do is wait for it to run out of fuel <_<

I was coerced into going to a family friend's son's birthday party. It's a bowling party, so there might be a degree actual fun involved. However, I honestly don't feel like playing the babysitter right now (because that is undoubtedly what I expect the situation to turn out to be). Usually, I would express no qualms--I'm really not a complainer--but this time just thinking about the immaturity is setting me on edge. Hopefully these feelings will pass by the time I get to the lanes (after an hour long drive), but if not... I'll just do what needs to be done in this situation. Grit my teeth and just bear it.

I've just come to brag about my seventh place <_<

On the other hand, I'm almost done studying for my first exam.

There's still quite a bit of memorization left x_x

I'm hooked on this 10fastfingers speed typing game. My profile shows that I'm a relatively decent typist. Those 70s and 80s near the end are my futile attempts to complete three tests in a row without making a single mistake.

On a different note, I feel slightly guilty about forgetting this place.

Intriguing--I always wondered why my dog would keep quiet for hours at a time working these bones that don't even look edible.

However, I'm somewhat inclined to hope that this behavior doesn't apply to human bones :P
