For dinner today I made a wrap consisting of ground beef (seasoned with mustard powder, chili powder, smoked spanish paprika, salt, pepper, a dash of cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and maybe a few other things I'm forgetting) cooked down in rice, salsa and sour cream, with cheese, and with cooked arugula on the side. The arugula was pretty bad (I guess I don't know how to cook that right), but the wrap itself was really good... the only issue is that I had almost the same dish yesterday for dinner (but with curry powder instead of the paprika) It's so easy to make... |

And then a midnight snack of peanut butter crackers I have been feeling hungry at night lately... |
