I actually collect VCRs (see my collection in my profile, heh :P), so if I can't fix it then I'm just going to smash it (makes a great YT video ;P)

Ah, I see... that is an interesting thing to collect. :P

But now I am curious if they still make new ones... everything on Amazon is DVD/VCR, which I guess counts.

An eye doctor when I was less than 18 said the next time I went to the eye doctor, I would probably need glasses. I have not been to an eye doctor since. :P

Whether or not I need glasses has been debated between myself and others, but I don't think I do... (I have one eye that's not great, but the other one is perfect) So I guess that's the "asdfghjkl" category? :P

I've updated my Surface pro to 8.1.. and my MBA to 10.9. I've not yet updated my main desktop as I've been too busy to do the post update cleanup. I'm updating my iPhone in a few minutes actually.. also I've changed out my avatar.

Also my desktop has a long a rather long uptime for OSX:
emuz@yachiru:~$ uptime
22:15 up 54 days, 3:53, 2 users, load averages: 1.62 1.74 1.80
I do remember when I ran linux as my primary.. I had it up for 3 or so months before having to do a kernel update. (though I had a home server last well over 3 years..)

That's pretty nice- I don't usually restart my laptop, but it does end up in sleep mode, so I doubt the uptime has ever been that impressive :P

As for 8.1, am I the only one finding the start button pretty useless for tablet use?

I'd like to see Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link remade; it had decent ideas that I'd like to see fleshed out in something more accessible (as modern games tend to be versus the NES era)

So for some reason whenever a thread or profile is visited it like enlarges that powered by acmlm image to cover the whole screen, it only seems to be happening for others computers and not me and I'm not sure why.

Your layout was broken. I deleted the css file from your profile; the offending section was:

img {
position: fixed;
z-index: 9999;
top: 0px;
bottom: 0px;
right: 0px;
left: 0px;
height: 100%;
width: 100%;
}

Since the powered by Acmlm image is the last one on the page, it ends up in front I suppose. I'm not sure what you were trying to do with this section (that isn't malicious... >_> ) but please refrain from styling images outside your layout.
