I decided I would fuck around with some NU games on Showdown.
They don't know how to handle me |

Until you prove to me that you're not just a douchey little troll, that's exactly what I'm saying.
There was a time when I kinda liked you as a user. That time is now gone. |

Zissou's eyes widen at Bel's request of information and silently motions his paw near his neck as if to convey a 'shut up!'
Caionna's gaze bolts over to Zissou and Bel, her golden eye gleams ominously, furrowing her brow into a serious ex Zissou coughs and shortly says, "All I will say is that this particular man proclaims himself to be Miss Caionna, and is somewhat eerily idée fixe with her." She closes her eyes and shudders at the mention of the mysterious creeper's obsession. Her lip curls into a snarl and she snaps, "What did I say about talking about Odysseus?" Nodding his head, he calmly says, "Understood, we will not speak of him." Heaving a sigh unfitting of a girl her size, Cai tries to change the subject, "At any rate, we have to find my idiot brother. Any ideas on where to start looking?" focusing on Bel, she adds, "Don't worry, Bel, your staff and new abilities can't affect this plane like that... Things are pretty unstable and rifts open somewhat regularly." |

All of the Yoshi's Island hacks I've seen (circa Raocow's Let's Plays) are unfair and brutally difficult or just downright poorly designed.
The only SMB2 hack that I've seen is a graphic hack called "Naked Headless Mario Fights the Dick Nazis 2". I shouldn't have to explain the gist of that one... |

Zissou nods to Bel's statement to hold off on information and says, "That is for the best."
Caionna sighs and responds, "I really don't remember a whole lot before everything went dark. All I remember is that all three of us were relaxing for a bit, chatting with the visitors that were here at the time." her face changes into a contemplative ex "As for why he's an idiot..." She begins, "You should know why. He's the same person he's always been. Never focusing on the task at hand, being more focused on his toys than anything that's actually important..." She begins to trail off. |

Well, This session was a mixed bag. I got lots of lucky catches, but I also took some heavy losses.
In terms of progress, I'm now holding six badges. I have a huge hole in my team where two of my fighters, and three replacements, now lay slain. My current team sits as (all 35): Yoshi, Tuff Shit, Pixel, and Darkwing. New recruits in reserve include (in the order I found them, but not including those that died): Kraken the level 16 Omastar I met on Route 35 Phyresis the level 19 Krabby I met in the Bug Catching Contest at level 16 Rosanne the level 10 Snorlax I met in the National Park Mr.Diggums the level 12 Diglett I met on Route 36 MANBEARPIG the level 16 Usaring I met on Route 38 Roadblock the level 17 Forretress I met on Route 39 Venison the level 15 Stantler I met on Route 40 Salty the level 22 Kabuto I met on Route 41 Casualties include (in the order of losing them): The unnamed Squirtle I failed to catch on Route 37 just couldn't take the beating from Tuff Shit's Swift. Level 15. Poor Webra was sliced down in her prime by a Scizor's Extremespeed on Route 40. Levels 3-25. LilCthulhu the Tentacool I met disguised as a roadblock on Route 36 was blown to pieces by Stantler's Egg Bomb on Route 40. Level 20. Luma the Starmie I met in the Burned Tower succumbed to the gnashing jowls of a hungry Abra on Route 41. Levels 15-18. Digdug never stood a chance from the counterattack of the crafty Marill on Route 41. Levels 3-25. And finally Gojira the Pupitar that was gifted to me by my friend Bill in Goldenrod City was vaporized in the Draconian rage of the Magmar on Route 38, he would have been an excellent team member. Level 20. In other, better, news: I fought Zapdos after having released it from the Burned Tower. It swooped down and attacked us as we were training for the Olivine City Gym. It was a fierce battle between it and Darkwing. I nearly lost him, but he pulled through and buried the lightning bird in the grave I was sure I was going to lay my friend. He was victorious at the low level of 28. In the words of his namesake, "I am the terror that flaps in the night! I am the one that makes the gods quake in fear! I am Darkwing the Golduck!" |

Zissou dismissively motions toward the back of the building while saying, "Not necessarily. These rifts are somewhat of an anomaly. There's no guarantee that going through the same one twice will give the same output." |

I just put the finishing touches on Zelda: Minish Cap.
I still feel the same way I did about it as I played it as a kid: I fucking hate this game. It's very hand-holdy in the dumbest places. In places where a hint would be appreciated, the game won't have Ezlo give you any kind of insight, only a snippy beration. A great example was that I couldn't remember where to go to get to Mt Crenel. I honestly was at a loss, and all Ezlo would say is "HEY FAGGOT! YOU NEED TO GO HERE! I WON'T TELL YOU HOW TO GET THERE! JUST GET TO IT ASSHAT!" A great example of getting an unwanted hint: In Dark Hyrule Castle, there are cannons that you reflect the shot back to destroy. If you kill less than all of them, they come back immediately. There's a set of glowing tiles to create doppelgangers in the correct spacing to pull off the kill with little adjustment needed. I charge the sword and begin to set up for the split; then Ezlo pops up, interrupting the charge, saying "HEY DINGUS! SPLIT YOURSELF UP AND REFLECT THE CANNON BALLS! AREN'T YOU GLAD I'M HELPING YOU? YOU GIGANTIC RETARD!" Don't even get me started on the heart pieces... Some are obvious, some are obnoxious. I hate heart pieces being in dungeons. I hated it in Twilight Princess, too... But the one that took the cake was the fucking sculpture collection. You need a good FIVE THOUSAND mysterious shells to reliably get new figurines (75-90% success rate), and the only way to get that many is to grind the grass in the highland for rupees or single shells, or save scum the gambling minigame and buy them. Neither process is fun. Overall, this is the absolute weakest game in the series. Skyward Sword gets a lot of hate, but it's nowhere near as mind numbingly tedious. |

Shouldn't Squiddy's "Phyresian" have been "Phyrexian"? |
