I just bought two Class 10 microSD cards for a combined price of roughly $40 after sales tax and shipping because I needed to buy a new pair of boots and I needed to break the $100 threshold to qualify for Paypal Credit's six month same-as-cash promotion.
They're SanDisk brand, so I'm fairly certain they're going to work just fine. I just need to figure out which of my large number of devices that use MicroSDs I should upgrade the storage on. I'm leaning toward my phone and my Sky3DS flashcart, but my Wii could use an expansion for Gamecube ISOs, my 3DSi could probably do for a bigger card if I get devtools installed on it. I could just do a hand-me-down method since my phone doesn't need storage so large. Too many devices to make a decision. In other news, I'm hoping this new pair of boots will alleviate the worst of my severe pain I've been experiencing from my old pair of boots... A pair of boots that wore out WAY TOO FAST for having cost me sixty dollars! I hate knowing I have a condition that needs attention from a podiatrist, but I can't afford to see one because I don't have insurance. Even if I did, I don't trust any of the hospitals here in North Dakota. Especially the one in the town I live in. Talk about up the paddle without a creek, or even a boat. |

Been playing Metal Gear Solid. I'm struggling to beat Metal Gear REX.
I beat the fucker once, but died at the same time as the boss with perfect timing before the cutscene triggered that segues into the fist fight with Liquid to have Campbell blubbering at my corpse through my codec. To say my jimmies are rustled is an understatement. This should not be this hard on fucking NORMAL difficulty! |

Posted by DaniYou should play through Golden Sun while you're at it. Great series, aside from Dark Dawn. That was the LEAST necessary sequel. |

The sad part? Camelot was content to leave the story tucked away with the story ending with The Lost Age. This was the fans shrieking for a sequel that made them shit out that turd.
An odd example of the fans demanding an unnecessary sequel that ruins the series as opposed to executive meddling forcing the creator to keep making the series. For the record: I was not in the camp that wanted Dark Dawn, but I was interested to see it when it was being released. It's got nice art direction, but that's about it. The progression is a bit wonky and the Djinn spread is lobsided for a good chunk of the game. Sure, you get both of your Mercury adepts early, but they still don't give enough Djinn to have it where Matthew, Terrel, and Karis don't end up with a Mercury on them for a good chunk of the game. Don't even get me started on the points of no return. All I will say is that one ruined the game for me because I missed a Jupiter Djinn behind one and there was NO INDICATION that leaving the dungeon after the boss meant I couldn't return. |

I got bored, so I mocked up my canvas for my XY Pokemon streams. Layout and images not final, and the type of challenge for the stream isn't decided either. I have an idea, but I think I'll leave it up to the viewers. |

Tonight went well. Aside from a fight I struck from the record because of the WONDER GUARD SABLEYE (which should have been illegal for the seed to create, mind).
The team: Eugene is back from reserves, level 49. Ability: Hydration Nature: Bashful Moves: Cross Poison, Low Sweep, Acrobatics, Swords Dance Tyrant is back from the grave thanks to a Revive I found early in the session. Level 49. Ability: Effect Spore Nature: Lonely Moves: Gunk Shot, Bulldoze, Megahorn, Dual Chop Lithp, still my MVP and just refuses to die and leave me stranded (THREE close brushes with death tonight). Level 53. Same as before Jairo, the under-performer. level 49. Ability: Immunity Nature: Rash Moves: Bolt Strike, Gunk Shot, Simple Beam (in case I see another Sableye), Magnitude Monkeycunt, Exceeding my (admittedly low) expectations. Level 49. Ability: Flower Gift Nature: Bold Moves: Bolt Strike, Gunk Shot, Fly, Mega Punch Ninja Dick, the unproven. Level 49. Met in the dark grass of Village Bridge at level 42. Ability: Solar Power Nature: Naive Moves: Flamethrower, Aurora Beam, Mud Bomb, Milk Drink ----------------------- Progress: All badges obtained. New reserves: -Bone Head, the level 33 Cubone. Met outside of Reversal Cave. -Jimmy Lee, the level 31 Throh. Met in the Strange House. -Moopsie, the level 31 Misdreavus. Met inside Reversal Mountain. -Pokey, the level 39 Slowking. Met in the dark grass of Rt 14. -Cotton, the level 35 Whimsicott. Met in the grass of Rt 14. -Donatello, the level 29 Squirtle. Met on Undella Bay. -Tux, the level 34 Piplup. Met on Rt 13. -Klondike, the level 37 Beartic. Met on Rt 12. -Beach Bual, the level 40 Spheal. Met in the dark grass on Rt 12. -Bacon, the level 36 Grumpig. Met on Village Bridge. -Hogan, the level 38 Slowpoke. Met on Rt 11. Decided not dupes because if I use him, he is evolving into Slowbro. New casualties: -Fugnutt the Milotic. Ripped to shred by the electrically charged fangs of Golurk in Opelucid Gym. Levels 21-46. -diiiiiicks the Wailmer. Destroyed by the (WONDER GUARD) Pinsir in the strange house. Levels 23-38. -ASUS the Metagross. Met on the water of Undella Town as a Beldum. Irreparably damaged when Bronzong caved in his hood. Levels 40-50. Lazarus revivals: -The aforementioned Tyrant was brought out from the graveyard box in exchange for the Revive I found at the foot of Reversal Mountain. |

If you need someone to record the replays, I can do that.
Just make sure someone sends them my way and lets me know when they're ready. |
