Here is a pretty fatal bug (well not really can be placed via DB) but ipbans.php 500's out. We should fix that quicky...

Also should be added to the nav bar if you have access to it.

I think instead of doing this we should be admins and just regulate who are allowed to use it. Maybe implement yet another badge or just limit it to staff.


This is not a hard thing to implement, and having Less features could benefit in simpler style sheet code, as well as give some opportunity for future expansion. Why have the administrative overhead over innovation? (although we haven't a choice this very moment) and this was not initially meant to be an answer to the administrative problem, was more an enhanced layouts development item.

Btw it doesnt have to be Less, any other dss like Sass could do but I like Less because it's backwards compatible with CSS.

As much as Kawa disliked the catchpa we many need one in the future if it truly works for this kind of shit. Maybe at the least we should expand it to have different questions and answers, and parse it using Sukasa's Graphics Lib. I also think we should have a traceable, generated invite system using the e-mail notification system. It would allow a bypass of the cachpa once per invite.. either by hashed crc'd code or link. This way we can truly make it secure and yet easy for invitees.

The more important thing is a way to bounce tor on the register page. From what I've read it's a matter of taking one of the existing ip lists and building a table to test it, like an IP ban.

Thoughts?


I will be adding email activiation when I get to the email notification system. Anyone object?
