Out of the listed languages, I have some knowledge of C, C++, Java, 6502 ASM, and PHP.

I can also speak SQL, 6502 BASIC, and a smattering of other languages that I've mostly forgotten like Pascal.

I recently played the 3rd quest, which is ridiculously hard. Wizzrobes in level 2, Door Repair guys everywhere, metric fuckloads of fire-breathing statues in close corridors...Ended up with 28 deaths, which is a record for me. And I can usually beat quests 1 and 2 with no deaths.

I've had students who don't know that subtraction is the opposite of addition, or that division is the opposite of multiplication.

The most common errors I see include:
- People trying to distribute a power over addition or subtraction. Something like (a + b)² is not equal to a² + b².
- Rearranging the order of the numbers in subtraction or division.
- Confusing powers with multiplication (I see this way more than I should).
- Anything involving negative numbers.
- Handwriting errors, like confusing a 5 with an S.

And, above all...
- Copying the problem wrong from the book in the first place!

Emuz: Math's reputation isn't helping matters. People think "math is hard" so they don't try as hard in it. Me, I always thought math was the easiest subject. Stuff like literature and essay writing were harder for me.

Another one is people confusing squaring with square roots. Sometimes they just call it the wrong thing, but some students seem to think that "square root" is just a fancy name for x².

I can remember random useless facts, but not important stuff. It's frustrating. I'll remember the cheat code for the NES Lone Ranger, but I can't remember if I told Thing X to Person Y, or what I learned in class years ago, or what I had for lunch yesterday.

I never remember passwords, I just keep a list of them in my apartment instead.

I'm face-blind, so I have a really hard time remembering faces. Often, people IRL are like "Hi Taryn! Remember me?" and I'm like "No". And it turns out that I saw them every day for a year a while back.

I always thought the Mario series could use an ice power, to balance out the fire power and to add the ability to freeze enemies and whatnot. Of course, some of the really new games have it now
