Really, Opera and the webkit engine could do this back in March 2008, and the test had to be changed several times because Mozilla kept criticizing it! Then finally on 17 September 2011, that's 3,5 years later, the test was changed to make Firefox pass. IE happily along with it. So you see, MS and Mozilla are developing at the same speed nowadays

They can't inject code like XUL extensions so they are limited in what they can do, which is both a good and bad thing (but mostly good imo).
