If you're having a heart attack, why not just grab a high voltage power line to defibrillate yourself?

My understanding is that when you're electrocuted by a high voltage power line, you don't have control of the muscles in your hand and will have trouble letting go once your heart has started again, so you might end up stopping it after that. Kind of worrying.
