♥11596 ✿4735 ★68 I use MSG in cooking frequently and have no issues; it naturally occurs in a lot of foods-- however the trick is to simultaneously minimize salt when using MSG and to use it sparingly, processed foods will usually use large amounts of both together which causes bigger issues. (Also, don't use MSG on meat or cheese, they have enough sodium and glutamate on their own) |
