I've actually seen people law-breaking with crossings. I've been crossing one and had to stop when I noticed a car wasn't going to stop. The driver that had stopped was bewildered that the car didn't attempt to slow down or stop while someone was crossing. Basically, if I hadn't stopped realising what was to happen, I'd have been hospitalised or worse for sure.
I've had to dodge a fair few cars too. People zoom into car parks and often miss a crossing somewhere. The world could always use more heroes! |

I remember now.. Yesterday. I almost run one guy over twice. First when he attempted a cross-then-look on a road. He aborted that one. Secondly, he did it again at a different point. He just crossed instead. I think he can't see silver cars.. Or he thinks white people are trash (guessing on this, just based off his facial ex  The world could always use more heroes! |

I think I remember reading somewhere.. some developer worked out from online statistics.. that 2 out of 3 players were pirates. That worked out to be a few million in lost revenue. That really hurts the developers. 
To be honest, games which offer a cut-down version for free and then a "full" version for a premium are alright. Some people stick with the free version.. others get the full one. Some games with that model cost what.. £5 for the full version? Small prices to tempt people. The world could always use more heroes! |

The intention of the Wii was for homebrew loading. But of course, pirates hijacked that scene in favour of piracy.
A bit of a shame, 'cause it discouraged people then from making homebrew less they get called a pirate. The world could always use more heroes! |
