Shitty... We got another nasty snowstorm last night.

I don't watch sports, period. I'm not even interested in the slightest by them.
The closest to participating in a sport I came was being in the marching band in high school. |

I was just at a dinner after a service we held in memory of my brother. I didn't have much of an appetite, but I did eat some ham, butter noodles, rigatoni and cheesecake. |

A week ago, I got a text from my mom saying that my little brother, Joe, had passed away from medical complications he'd been having since August.
His funeral was the other day, but I unfortunately had to miss it because of my work schedule. Knowing that many of us wouldn't be there, compounded with not wanting to deal with the trouble making side of the family, we held a memorial service for him just a few hours ago. He was only 21... He left us too early. Even though I finally have the closure, it still hurts. Have you guys lost any loved ones recently? If so, how did you cope. |

I tried again with my SD card. I moved a bunch of random shit around between the system and the SD. It let me move Super Mario Kart, Paper Mario, and Megaman 10 as far as game channels, and the saves for all of my games, except Megaman 9 and 10... Which confuses the hell outta me. |

I find the lack of Fluttershy in this thread disturbing. Let's remedy that.

While I enjoy platformers, I'm usually more in my element in adventure/RPGs. |

I'm not sure what's been tried yet, since I haven't looked at anything, but... Couldn't you set the sprite layer to default as off in a way similar to setting the board's default theme? |

I went through my phone's music until I hit a real song, and got Ready to Die by Andrew W.K.
Kinda fitting since my favorite character is Yosuke from P4. EDIT: To clarify, the last song I had listened to was a BGM from a game... Hardly a good choice for a character's theme. That, and I don't remember what the theme was. :/ |

I don't have any pets unless you count my dad's seven fish tanks and two turtles I have to take care of for him while he's out on the road. |

Yeah, seven tanks. My dad loves his fish.
It's almost neurotic... |

Not yet. Since I don't have an SD card dedicated to the Wii, I don't want to take the cards out of the devices I use them in, I haven't done anything beyond a little bit of experimenting.
Moving the save data is nice for going places you know also has a Wii, so you don't have to carry your own. Although, I think there may be a data flag in Wiiware/Virtual Console channels that assigns them to the system they were downloaded to originally. I'll have to test that with my brother, Justin's Wii. |

I figured as much. Hell, I experimented as far as doing a file check on my laptop. The SD card's directory within the automatically generated Private folder was split into Wii and DS folders. The DS folder, of course, only had my specifically encoded music (which is retarded, why not just let me use .mp3 >:/), and the Wii folder was split into three sub-directories, two were empty and the third just had a content.bin in it.
I assume the binary file contained my Majora's Mask channel, since it was my test subject. |

I think the main issue with that is that developers nowadays seem more interested in games with high gameplay to story ratios, and either throw a shitty story together or drown an otherwise good story in pointless gimmicks. |

It's still a funny thought. |
